to set up a small cafe which sell flower tea & pretty umbrella..
a Stressful reunion dinner...
tis yr...we decide to make it more lively by arranging for the dinner to b on the 1st evening of the CNY so tt my 2 aunts tt have married off can join us for the dinner.... :D
but little did we expect tt the dinner become abit too... erm..."lively"...
& the source of the "liveliness" came from my Da Gu (big aunt).....
for a steamboat dinner...it is understandable tt we need to boil those uncooked food in the boiling water den eat it... & i understand & know of the formal table etiquette involving the steamboat...which is to separate the cutlery & utensils used for the uncooked & cooked food for hygenic purposes & to prevent the bacteria from spreading etc etc...
but den..it is so troublesome to use 2 pairs of chopsticks...one for uncooked food & one for the cooked food...imagining all the switching to b done.... so as tis is juz an informal dinner at home...i juz tot it is ok if i juz used one...
tt's when my da gu start the nagging.... firstly she & er shen (2nd uncle wife) throw away a plate of chilli juz bcoz..an uncook stuffs dropped into it accidentally.... duhz.... -_-" den once we start on the steamboat, she keep shouting tt we sho separate the food blah blah blah...even to the extend tt once we put in uncooked stuffs, we sho not take out any cooked stuffs till ALL r cooked....
