Bone Mass Reading
Went and did a free bone mass reading during lunch at Westmall..
The result:
See the curve? The curve reflect the average woman bone mass according to age..
if you are above the curve then your bone will be healthy, below the curve but in the white space then still ok..
I got in the grey area.. which is BAD for my age... =(
According to the lady who did the reading for me, I got the bone mass of a woman in her menopause stage.. T_T
Although I know my bone mass will be quite bad since I did not take alot of milk when I was young.. but after doing the test, the result just strike me harder..My bone mass is not quite bad.. it is JIALAT JIALAT...
Think I better start taking some calcium supplements soon..

Story of the 3 Kingdoms
I was never interested in the story of the 3 Kingdoms.. never like war stories and 3 Kingdoms is mainly about the war and war strategies... Plus.. it is a super ultra long story....
but somehow i took to an interest in the story after watching Andy Lau's version of the "见龙卸甲". which was a part extracted out of the 3 Kingdoms..
Although it wasn't a correct version of the 3 Kingdoms (from what I understand from B)..
I think the main reason I got interested in the story is the character "Zhu Ge Liang"... Quite amazed that there could be such an intelligent person!
Especially love the part that he "stole" CaoCao's arrows with the fake water attack during a foggy night! How can anyone be so smart..??!
Went to catch Red Cliff over the weekend...and I think Takeshi did a good job in acting as Zhu Ge Liang..!
Although, again, the director did tweaked some parts of the story... and also.. Dun understand why they filmed it in a way that Xiao Qiao always seem to be seducing Zhou Yu...?? For example: the Bandage Scene? Is it really necessary? Hmmm...
But I like it that the director did try to inject some humor into the show... make it not so boring.. heheh..
I can't wait for the 2nd part of the Red Cliff to show...!

Bad Fringe cut
Note to self: Stick to the usual hairstylist or a hairstylist who is recommended by friends!
Since it is more convenient, I decided to go to Reds TM yesterday to trim/cut my fringe instead of going back to Ann..
Mistake...... =(
I just walk in w/o out specifying any hairstylist so I think they just assigned me a new hairstylist...
In the end.. the fringe got cut abit too short and I can sweep it to the side and let it stay in place... and some part of the hair are poking out coz too short again..
SIGH~!
Hopefully it will grow out nicely soon..
p/s: I'm surprised one of the hairstylist there still recognise me after so long... =S
