was developing a very bad sorethroat yesterday...
Throat was just abit discomfortable in the morning.. but the discomfort builds on very quickly... by afternoon it was getting so painful to talk and swallow... :(
went to visit the doctor after work... throat was too painful already...by then i was feeling quite feverish and light-headed too.. the doctor was very nice to give me 2 days of mc to rest... usually i only got 1 day of mc..
bought alot of breads to eat for this 2 days... sick food for me since mom is out of town.. :(

Thick fringe
I starting to dislike my new thick fringe...
not looking as dorky as before..but feel abit uncomfortable with the weight covering my forehead...
sigh... think it will take ages for it to grow long again...
I want my side-swept fringe back..! :(

Chocolate mousse cake specially ordered from Hyatt, Mezzanine! V pretty rite!
2nd cake from Everybody in office
Chocolate mousse cake from Shangri-la, The Line Shop! Very rich chocolate too...yum yum!
3rd cake from Yan & Jiangyan
Star shaped Lychee & blueberry cake from PrimaDeli! Very very pretty rite! I love star-shaped stuff!
The cake is actually for christine and me.. but christine don't want to take the huge cake home so I got to do it... The cake is so huge it cant fit into my fridge... :p
4th cake from Yours Truly
Specially ordered Strawberry cake from Angie The Choice! The design reminded me of wedding cake somehow.. hahaha... =P
The strawberries inside the cake tasted very very nice with the light sponge cake! YUM! I usually love cakes from Angie The Choice! although their cake are often overloaded with full cream icing...hahaa..
First birthday to receive so many birthday cakes! 4 cakes in total.. heheh.. maybe not consider alot la..(I have a friend who cuts like 15-20 cakes for her birthday! @_@)

New hair for the new year!
I finally decided to perm my hair..again!
This is my 2nd time... but the 1st time was done in JB almost 2 years ago... and i think it was not a really good job..
This time I went to sharon's stylist! Think the perm turn out not bad... just feel abit dorky in the short fringes...but i guess it will grow longer in no time at all!

Sharon decided to perm her hair too! In her pink curlers! heheh..
after almost an hour...I was feeling so tired i got a headache from not being able to sleep! #_#
after almost 4 HOURS of sitting in the salon chair...
Finally.... Tadah~!
Oh.. this is not really the end of it..... I went back yesterday to do colouring and finally a treatment for my hair too... so in total I spent almost 7 HOURS for everything! @_@
Hopefully it is $$ (my most expensive hair salon visit ever!) and time well-spent lor...
