Belly-Dancing
Went for a belly-dancing trial at this place yesterday... It is very interesting!
It is amazing how they make the belly movements...! haha..
Actually think it is quite good for stomach toning leh... since the dance required alot of wraist, hip and stomach movements.... but dunno why some belly dancers still have very big tummy.... haha..
The trial cost only $5 and the session is about 1.5 hours long.. quite worth it la... can go and try it out just for fun...
and I don't even know the hype that was caused by this bag around the world...! LOL!
Apparently the limiteed designer econ-friendly bag is selling at 5 pounds only... but I think some people are selling it off Yahoo Auctions and eBay for mayb 10 times the rate...!! And there are actually people who are willing to pay for it! Madness!
This just sort of remind me of the Hello Kitty incident so many years back... Haha...
Hmmm.... Mayb I can consider selling it away for $$.... hehe! =p
but by the time I get around to setting up an auction page for the bag..maybe the hype will be over... haha...

Knee problem
Right knee feel weird today.... =(
Dunno is it due to the Hi-Lo class yesterday or is it because of the cold/hot weather... 风湿..???
Maybe its both...
*sigh* ...... old liao lor.....
Ever since I experienced the knee joints chronic pain previously... I always get worried whenever my knee feel the slightest discomfort... worried that the pain might come back... it is terrible lor...
Hmmm.... Maybe it is time for me to get a knee guard...
But will a knee guard help much?
Think I should start taking my joints supplement more regularly now..
p/s: boss returning to office tomorrow already... sigh~
p/s 2: I just received a mail that address me as IT Administrator...!? I think the company no need to work liao if I am an IT Administrator lor... hahaha!

Healthy & Unhealthy!
We are going to Sharon's place for dinner and some DIY drinks tonight before heading to Homeground..! heehee!
Went grocery shopping with my 2 lao pos during lunch..to get ingredients for our healthy dinner tonite! heehee! It was an impromtu decision!
We are going to have steamed rice + steamed vegetables + steamed chicken wings + steamed susages!
We are so healthy right! Teehee!
but after the healthy meal.. we will be indulging in unhealthy food...
Potato Chips & DIY alcohol drinks~!!

So looking forward to tonight!

To go or Not to go..?
My collz was telling me about this 3 weeks Taiwan cultural exchange programme in December..
According to her, the criteria to enter are: 1) you need to be below 26 years old, 2) you must be a student or have been a student before.
quite easy to fulfill both criteria right..
I think the difficult part is to take 3 weeks of leave off work... =/
Anyway my collz said that the exchange programme is mainly to introduce Taiwan's cultural stuff to foreigners... so the itinerary for the programme will include visits to Chinese cultural places..examples quoted by my collz are; calligraphy centre, pottery factories etc... Toward the end of the trip, all participants of the exchange programme are supposed to put up a performance (play/dance etc) to a Minister (some minister of cultural stuff i think)..
Cost wise... I will need to pay for the air ticket (which will be source by the organising committee) and registeration fees of NT equivalent of US$150 (which is about S$200+ )... accomodation wise is provided.. I think the meal will be provided too... personal expenses I think I will need $1000... so total I may need to prepare ard $1800 for this... alot of $$ leh....
I haven got the detailed programme info from her yet.. not sure if it is out already.... but i think it seems quite interesting leh... some of the cultural stuff seems quite fun.... and the networking will be good too... mayb I might get to know some cute Taiwan guy and migrate there...??? hehehe... =P kidding la.. just thought it will be good so that I can find cheaper accomodation the next time I want to go Taipei mah... heehee..
Anyway the dates for this year exchange has not been fixed.. Last year was 6 - 28 December.. If it is the same dates for this year.. it will mean that I will need to take around 15 days of leave... In addition, I will missed the wedding of one of my lao po...and also the company's D&D for this year (although I don't really care much about the D&D except for the prizes... hehe)
Sigh~

Sick... Not Sick...
haven been feeling well tis 2 weeks....
some days feel ok with abit of flu....
some days feel quite jialat with runny nose and uncomfortable throat....
today is one of those jialat day.... =(
think I should go and see the doctor for medicine already...
It's my 3rd time to enter into the Mediacorp studio... (I only remember one of the time actually....but chris confirmed that it should be my 3rd time... lol)
and the 1st time to step on the stage of the Mediacorp threater...!! haha..
although feel abit of a "ca-re-fer"... feel quite paiseh lor... ha..
anyway..some photos to share! =p

but the difficult thing is sitting cross-legged for almost 3 hrs to fold cranes..
why no chairs given huh???

June
June was a bad month for me....
It was supposed to be a good month.... with his birthday, the anniversary, and maybe a short getaway together...
I guess it would have been good if not for his reservist, the PMS I experienced and the quarrel we had...
Our relationship had ended after 3 years and 1 week...
On a brighter side.... this have make me realised that I'm really fortunate...to be surrounded by so many good pals who have lend me their ears and companionship... I couldn't have keep my sanity without them...

Although I still think of him and reminisced the past every now and then... I'm feeling better already... :)
Finally can blog from home... but the layout of the page is different...

Finally...
Finally I can blog..!

anyway i have been wanting to blog about the Saturday Dim Sum Dolly show.. its good!! i luv their songs and skit... so funnie lor! they are really talented to write those funny songs...and weave in political issues into the story so nicely! hehe...
wonder if it is possible to google the lyrics of the songs from web....
they mentioned there will be christmas show end of the year...mayb can consider going for it....
but not sure will I be in town for christmas this year.... I still have not received the info for the Taiwan Exchange programme yet.... sianz... all travel plans got to halt bcoz of this... coz I dun have much AL to take... =(
btw..I will be folding crane for a charity show this Sunday..@ Mediacorp.. quite looking forward to this! =)
need to do some charity works...hopefully can wash away bad lucks...
got to get back to my works liao... works has been crazy tis few days...sigh...
