the restructuring result finally out....
so now everyone noe where everyone will be....except me...haha...coz my name was not in the restructuring list.....duhz...... cause ppl to tot tt i resigned quietly......haha...
haiz...they sho hav put my name n my new boss name in it.....so tt i dun hav to do much explanation....
anyway...i still dunno whether did i make the correct decision....esp after i got the news tt there's no pay raise....at the moment...... reason being tt HR consider tt as the same ranking....so no change in salary scale..... ='( the only consolation is tt the HR may review the pay system once the restructuring is finalised....but...it may b bad n good oso rite......wat if they decide to hav a pay cut...... den chiamz......my pay is already super miserable lo..... =/ juz hope tt IF there is a review of the pay....let it b increase n NOT decrease......
in abt a mth period i'll b shifting to the HQ already......abit she bu de the office here.....haiz.....tink i will not b able to get any1 to share breakfast wif me in the future.....
anyway....hope tt my decision is for the beta....
btw...any1 is good in accounting?? if u r studying UOL biz even beta...!?? someone need abit of extra help in it.....pls do let me noe k... tks ah... ;)
