The Premiere@Tampines
Saturday was the opening of the showroom for The Premiere...
Actually din noe abt this until a tian mi mi happy couple told me they are planning go down to "look see look see" and may be will apply for the flat....!!
Me, being kaypoh, den decided to join in the fun... and dragged zen there got zen to accompanied me there..... :)
We went around 3pm in the afternoon... & there was such a super looooong Q lor!! *gosh* Din noe the turnout was so good! guess all the publicity effort paid off.... But luckily we din took too long to reach the inside of the showroom....
Anyway, although the room look nice... we all find it's too small & cost too much... According to zen, the same price can get you a condo elsewhere! The only good thing i like about it is the location... it's so near to the interchange & MRT station! Which oso mean it's v near to the malls too! great rite!
So I guess there will still be alot of ppl balloting for the rooms despite the pricey tag....
