Update on Saturday Movie Screening
Woke up to a sunny day on Saturday! Although there was a bout of heavy downpour in the afternoon.. the sky did cleared up around 5 plus...which is just in time for the open air screening!
Maybe the chanting & praying really works..! hehehe!
We reached Fort Canning around 6... and there was already super long queue in front of the entrance... @_@
Its lucky that the soil, although still wet, wasn't very muddy yet.. so the rain haven done much damage.. Oh..and Jenny and her friend bought enough snacks to open a mini snackstall.. Hahaa! Of course we did not managed to finish all that snacks.. =p
Anyway I was quite disappointed with the freebies and the movies.. first of all.. No Subtitles.. for both movies! =( very hard to make out what the movie characters were talking about.. I think the sound system were not good either.. =( And the movies were not as nice as I thought it will be.. The free topshop bags were not as nice as I imagined it to be too.. Booo!
But well...it is still a nice experience to watch movies under the star.. quite romantic.. especially with good weather! Hopefully next time the organisers can take note to get subtitles for the movie!
