Yan spotted this 4D ticket at our table at The Loof.. did u notice anything strange abt it?? Apparently, the same 4D tickets were slotted in all tables there... I wonder did the person strike 1st prize anot.. If struck, I think no need to earn $$ from the Loof already... may be that's why they have free satay there?? haha!
