I'm pissed with my financial advisor.!
I just checked my gmail. There is a financial transaction pending which needs my approval and guess what? The transaction expired by 12 midnight this morning. and the email was only sent out around 4pm yesterday! So am I supposed to log on my gmail every hours of the day to check?? Shouldn't it be more helpful for you to call or drop an sms, since the transaction is SO urgent??? Where is the service???!
He was my friend back in poly days and when he started out his financial advisor job, he has approached me to take up a health insurance plan and a cpf investment plan, which I did.
I'm actually starting to regret the decision... somehow i feel that he is not giving me the attention/ service that he gives his other clients.... Maybe my plan with him was too small to be of any significant to the $$ he is making... But as friend, shouldn't he be more prompt in servicing...??? =(
May be that is why people are starting not to give their business to friend..Rather then let the $$ depreciated the friendship, they choose to let outsider earns their business instead..
Friends should not play 2nd fiddle to other client right? They are still paying customers! =(
