to set up a small cafe which sell flower tea & pretty umbrella..
We were typical kiasu Singaporean for the day and reached HDB at around 10+am.. even though our appointment is scheduled at 12.15 pm that day.. Haha!
There was a lcd tv which provides the updates of the available units and most of the ppl crowd around there.. Brian commented that it feels like ppl watching the stock market.. lol! Was a little stressed out when I saw that some of the units on my potential list got taken.. but we are lucky to get our 1st priority.. Mayb the location of that block is not that fantastic compare to the others as it is not that near the carpark and dun face the sky garden.. But it does face a small greenery area + a hardcourt area and is away from the proposed site of worship and not next to the lrt... so kind of perfect already rite? Haha!
